Fallen Power Lines

October delivered some heavy winds to the region. The Police Department received numerous reports of trees down; roads closed, and power outages. Helpful citizens may be tempted to move a fallen wire. Fallen wires should never be touched. Please report downed wires to the Electric Company and Police Department. Motorists are reminded not to drive under broken wires or leaning trees. The time you save is not worth your life!
