PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Dunstable Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, October 21, 2019 at 7:35pm at the Dunstable Town Hall, 511 Main Street lower level regarding the application by Robert Parkin of 701 Pleasant Street, Dunstable, MA 01827 for a Special Permit under Section 30 Recreational Marijuana Establishment of the Town of Dunstable Zoning Bylaw. The application is for Tier I Cultivation in a 7,000 square foot building at 701 Pleasant Street (in R-1 Residential), Dunstable, MA 01827,
parcel 7-35-0 owned by Mr. Parkin.
The facility will contain a 4,000 sq. ft. vegetative grow room, a 500 sq. ft. flowering room, a 500 sq. ft. trim room and 2,000 sq. ft. of space for storage and mechanical.
Plans are on record in the Office of the Planning Board and the Town Clerk
