Tuesday: 8 AM to 4 PM
Wednesday: 8 AM to 4 PM
Thursday: 8 AM to 4 PM
Friday: CLOSED
Most Town Hall departments are operated by dedicated, professional, part-time employees. Because of this, some resident services and departments are only available on certain days and hours in the week. Please refer to the department schedule below before visiting. Town Administrator and Assistant to Town Administrator
Hours of Operation: Monday, 8 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday through Thursday, 8 AM to 4 PM
Municipal Services Available:

- Banner/Sign Placement Requests
- Request to Volunteer on Town Board/Committee
- Request to Get on Select Board Meeting Agenda
- General Questions and Assistance
Hours of Operation: Wednesday, 8 AM to 4 PM
Municipal Services Available:
- Filing for or questions about a tax exemption or abatement
- Apply for the Senior Tax Work Off Program
- Questions about property assessments or tax bills
Hours of Operation: Monday through Thursday, 8 AM to 4 PM
Municipal Services Available:
- Motor Vehicle Abatements
- Property Record information
Hours of Operation: Monday through Thursday, 8 AM to 4 PM
Municipal Services Available:
- Accounts Payable Information
Hours of Operation: Tuesday, 12 PM to 4 PM
Municipal Services Available:
- Sign-up and questions about the Town’s Curbside Trash and Recycling Program
- Questions and information about household hazardous waste disposal
- Purchase of overflow trash bags
Hours of Operation – Building: Monday, 3 PM to 5 PM
Hours of Operation – Gas, Electric & Plumbing: Contact directly to schedule inspections
Municipal Services Available:
- Questions about permits, permit applications status
- Schedule an inspection
- NOTE: All Inspectors should be contacted directly for an inspection. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response to any voicemail.
Hours of Operation: Monday, 12 PM to 6 PM, Tuesday, 10:30 AM to 4 PM, and Wednesday, 9 AM to 12 PM
Municipal Services Available:
- Filings with the Conservation Commission (Abbreviated Notice of Resource Area Delineation, Notice of Intent, Request for Determination of Applicability, Request a Certificate of Compliance, etc.) and questions about filings
Hours of Operation: Wednesday, 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM, Thursday, 8 AM to 1 PM
Municipal Services Available:
- Fuel Assistance Applications
- Questions about access to ‘handyman’ services
- Arrangements for transportation to medical appointments and grocery shopping
- Wednesday Lunch & Games Program
- Bone Builders Exercise Program
- Wellness Clinic on the 4th Wednesday of each month 11am-12pm
- Make an appointment with a SHINE Counselor
Hours of Operation: Monday, 12 PM to 6 PM, Tuesday, 10:30 AM to 4 PM, and Wednesday, 9 AM to 12 PM

- Filings with the Planning Board (ANR, Land Disturbance, Subdivision, Special Permit, etc.) and questions about filings
