Volunteer Opportunities: Newly Created Economic Development Committee and Land Use Committee

In case you missed it the first time around, the town is forming two new committees, an Economic Development Committee and a Land Use Committee. We still have some room, so if you've been thinking about donating some time to the Town of Dunstable and this is interesting to you and in your area of expertise, please reach out to the Selectboard & Town Administrator. [email protected] and [email protected]. We are planning to kick these Committees off in January.

Last week, the Select Board created two new committees – the Economic Development Committee and Land Use Committee. Each committee is comprised of seven members and, ideally, members will have experience and expertise in real estate, business, finance, farming, planning, historic preservation, construction, conservation, and land use.

The purpose of the Economic Development Committee is to implement the Economic Development section of the Master Plan.

The Land Use Committee has been created to research town land, determine its suitability for future uses, and make recommendations to the Board of Selectmen.

For more information, please review the documents below. If interested in serving on either of these committees, please email [email protected] and [email protected].
