PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

 

In accordance with the provisions of the Subdivision Control Law, M.G.L. Chapter 41 Section 81-T and 81-U and provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40A Section 9 Special Permits, the Dunstable Planning Board will hold a joint public hearing on Monday, July 18, 2022, at 6:30pm in the Dunstable Town Hall, 511 Main Street, lower level to consider the application submitted by Douglas Deschenes, Attorney for Owners for a Definitive Subdivision Plan and a Special Permit under Section 6.6 of the Town of Dunstable Zoning Bylaw for an Open Space Development.  Plan titled “Open Space Development Definitive Subdivision Plan Set – 0 River Street” prepared by Landplex Civil Engineering, dated March 4, 2022, showing eleven (11) lots off River Street on land owned by Richard Hughes, Trustee of JRS Realty Trust whose address is 4 Heather Circle, No. Billerica, MA 01862, Assessors Map 2, Block 4-0.
