The next meeting of the Northern Middlesex Council of Governments (NMCOG) will be held on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at 5:45 p.m. at NMCOG Offices, 40 Church Street, Suite 200, Lowell, MA 01852. We recommend in person attendance for councilors, but for those that cannot attend in person, virtual access to the meeting will be available via zoom.
