PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Dunstable Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at 6:40pm at the Dunstable Town Hall, 511 Main Street, lower level regarding the application by Gateway Homes, LLC for a Special Permit under Section 11.7 Backland Lot Requirement of the Town of Dunstable Zoning Bylaw. The applicant wishes to construct a single-family dwelling on a backland lot consisting of 7.298-acres, a portion of the land at 160 Westford Street, Dunstable, MA, parcel 18-2-0 in the R-1 Residential zone. Ross V. Deachman, trustee of Christine Biron 1989 Trust and Joel Biron 1989 Trust, P.O. Box 96, Plymouth, NH 03264, owns the property.
