NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING - continuation

The Town of Dunstable Zoning Board of Appeals hold a continuation of the public hearing, which was opened on April 28th, 2021, on Wednesday, May 19th, 2021 at 7:00 PM to consider the application of SunPower Corporation for a ground mounted solar array and battery storage project setback variance at 91 River Street pursuant to section 25 of the Dunstable Zoning Bylaws.

All interested persons should attend this hearing.  A copy of the application is available for review at the office of the Town Clerk.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and State of Emergency in Massachusetts, this hearing will be conducted by remote participation.
