PUBLIC HEARING – continuation
The Dunstable Planning Board will hold a continuation of a Public Hearing on Monday, April 12, 2021 at 7:30pm, virtually by Zoom, regarding the application by Gerald Gath- Whole Sun Farm LLC for a Special Permit under Section 30 Recreational Marijuana Establishment of the Town of Dunstable Zoning Bylaw. The application is for Tier I cultivation in two greenhouses that total 4,700 sq. ft. with a 1,585 sq. ft. barn providing working areas, office space, equipment and storage; all located at 48 Valley Street (in R-1 Residential), Dunstable, MA 01827, parcel 23-20-0 owned by Gerald and Martha Gath. This continued hearing will be by Zoom. Information on how to attend the public hearing will be published on the Planning Board agenda (www.dunstable-ma.gov) on April 7.
