ANNUAL PUBLIC HEARING – “As part of its study, the committee shall hold one or more public information hearings on the needs, possibilities and resources of Dunstable regarding community preservation.” CPA law Section 5(b) (1)
-A request for funding for the Phase II engineering for the improvement of Woodward’s Mill Dam at Pleasant and Pond Sts. *
-A request for funding for technical assistance for the Union School Rehabilitation Committee. *
-A request for funding for the Drews Landing Boardwalk construction. *
-A request for funding to acquire a five-acre lot on Mill St. called Morgan’s Pond*
-A request for funding for improvements to the storage sheds at Larter Field *
-A request for funding for a Pavilion at Larter Field. *
-A request to transfer the funding for improvements on the existing tennis courts to new construction of tennis courts at Larter Field. *
-A request for funding for the CPA housekeeping expenses. *
OTHER BUSINESS
-Accept Meeting Minutes from the February 8th, 2023 meeting. *
-Possible discussion of future or previously approved projects. *
