Facility Use Request Application

All persons and organizations must comply with the rules and regulations for use of Town facilities subject to the Facility Use Policy. The Board of Selectmen reserves the right to make changes to these rules and regulations. Once received by the Board of Selectmen's office, a confirmation email with next steps will be sent to the applicant.  A paper copy is no longer required to be submitted to the Board of Selectmen.

I have read and agree to the Facility Use Policy concerning the use of Town property. I agree to hire and pay for a Dunstable Police Officer and/or building custodian if required to do so. I also agree to contact the BOS office within 48 hours of the end of the event and to reimburse the Town of Dunstable for any damage or loss of Town property resulting from my use during this time. I accept liability for any and all damages, exclusive of ordinary wear and tear.
