BOARD OF SELECTMEN-PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Dunstable Board of Selectmen will hold a public hearing on the following pole and wire locations petition filed by National Grid and Verizon New England on Tuesday, August 22, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. for the following:

Massachusetts Electric Company d/b/a National Grid, and Verizon New England requests permission to locate poles, wires, and fixtures, including the necessary sustaining and protecting fixtures, along and across the following public way:

River:  #30727129    

River St. – National Grid to relocate 1 JO Pole on River St. beginning at a point approximately 705 feet north of the centerline of the intersection of Chapman St. and continuing approximately 15 feet in an east direction. Relocate Pole #34 approximately 20’ north to facilitate construction of new pole line to feed 255 River St.

Persons with an interest in this public hearing are asked to appear at the Town Hall, 511 Main Street, Dunstable, MA on the date and time affixed to this notice.
