Zoning Board of Appeals - Public Hearing Continuation: MCO Rental Cottages

The Dunstable Zoning Board of Appeals will continue its review of an application submitted by MCO Cottage Rentals Dunstable, LLC for a Comprehensive Permit under MGL Chapter 40B at its next public hearing on Thursday, August 7, 2025 at 7 PM at Dunstable Town Hall. The proposal is for a housing development at 164 Pleasant Street (Map 12, Lot 49-1), known as “MCO Cottage Rentals Dunstable.”
The project includes 48 total single-family rental cottages, with 12 affordable rental units and 36 market-rate rental units located on approximately 28.51 acres in the R1/MUD District.
