As part of our commitment to offering new experiences that support well being, this week we offered free Reiki Healing Sessions at the library during our weekly luncheon. The participants who were open to the experience found it relaxing and grounding.
Upcoming Weekly Wednesday Luncheons at The Dunstable Public Library (unless noted otherwise). Please remember to ensure we have enough food, your reservation for lunch must be made by the prior Wednesday. You can sign up at the luncheon or by reaching out to Chuck at [email protected] or 978-649-4514x223 A suggested contribution of $5 from those who can afford it, is greatly appreciated to offset costs, this is voluntary please do not let it stop you from attending. Lunch is served at Noon but the space is available from 10-2 p.m. Before and after lunch, there are several games you can join in on including Scrabble & Mexican Train Dominoes. Please see individual dates for unique entertainment or guests.

July 1 - There will be no lunch served so our volunteers can enjoy a break for the 4th of July Holiday. Library space is still available for gathering.
JULY 22nd Barry Scott host of of the Nationally Syndicated Radio Show "The Lost 45's" Returns for another BBQ and Music Event at Town Hall. Registration is now open.
EXERCISE PROGRAM
Bone Builders is a class to combat osteoporosis,improve function and enhance the quality of life for our older residents. It is offered free to residents at the Dunstable Public Library on Wednesdays at 10:30 A.M. and Friday at 11:15 A.M. If you have not participated before, please feel free to stop by to observe and pick up enrollment paperwork.
FREE! Fit Over 50 "Fitness Fusion Class" - As part of a Wellness Grant from Age Span this has been extended. This is a great class for those who are looking for a class that might be a little more challenging than Bone Builders. This Class Meets Monday Mornings at 11:30 a.m. at Town Hall Lower Level and is FREE! Fitness Fusion combines a variety of exercise styles to offer a low impact but powerful session that targets all areas of the body with great music and a fun atmosphere with a certified instructor from the YMCA. This class is typically $10 so if you haven't tried it yet, come join in on Mondays while the cost is covered for you.

5th Annual Art & Music Show - June 20th 10 am-2pm Mcloon Barn, Thorndike St. Local artists and musicians. Right across the street from the Strawberry Festival at the Little Red School House.
Dunstable Summer Concert Series - Wednesday 6:30-8:30 PM on the Town Common ( Rain Date Thursday)
June 24 Fiddle Fire: High Energy Charlie Daniels tribute band.
Health and Wellness:
Monthly Wellness Check Visits with a nurse are back the fourth Wednesday of every month from 11 a.m.- Noon.
