Crystal Sound Bowl Healing- Active Aging 55 plus

Join us for this deeply relaxing evening at Town Hall. Admission is free from Council on Aging and AgeSpan.

Whether you sit in a chair or relax on the floor, all you have to do is just allow yourself to relax and allow vibrational healing music wash over you from Crystal Sound Bowls.

This event is free for all Dunstable Residents aged 55plus. This is our second time welcoming the artist Christina and purposefully chose an evening session as an after work opportunity from the members of our Active Aging community to join in.

Please arrive 10-20 minutes before the event.

We will have chairs. If you want to roll out a yoga mat we will have space for that. Wear comfortable clothes and feel free to bring a blanket or pillow.
