PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE
At its regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, November 9, 2026, at 7PM, in the Town Hall lower level, the Dunstable Conservation Commission will consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) to replace a failed septic system. Request submitted by, and for property owned by, John Quinn of 510 Forest Street, Dunstable, MA 01827 (Parcel 23-17-0). The Commission will make its determination in accordance with the provisions of the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. c.131 § 40, its associated Regulations (310 CMR 10.00) and the Town of Dunstable General Wetland Bylaw.
