PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
In accordance with the provisions of the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, MGL c.131 §40, its associated Regulations (310 CMR 10.00) and the Town of Dunstable General Wetland Bylaw, the Dunstable Conservation Commission will hold a joint public hearing at its regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, 6:30pm to consider a Notice of Intent filed by KB Properties LLC for property owned by KB Properties LLC and located at 309-315 Main Street, Map 17, Block 140 Lots 1&2. KB Properties proposes to cut and clear trees to construct a limited project driveway crossing for the construction of a single-family dwelling, deck, walkway, driveway, well, subsurface sewage disposal system, retaining walls, rooftop and driveway infiltration, stone pad, wetland alteration, wetland replication, grading and associated utilities within the 100-ft.
