PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Dunstable Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, August 10, 2026 6:30pm to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Kranthi Adulapuram for property owned by Kranthi Adulapuram and located at 60 Sky Top Lane, Map 10, Block 24 Lot 5. Mr. Adulapuram proposes to raze an existing above ground swimming pool, deck, patio and landscaped area to install an inground pool, patio, pool equipment, fence, landscaping/plantings, associated grading and utilities within the 100-ft. Buffer Zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland. This is a joint hearing under the requirements of MGL Ch. 131 §40, as amended, and the Dunstable Wetlands Protection Bylaw and Regulations, as amended. Plans are available at the Commission’s office at Town Hall, 511 Main Street, Dunstable, MA.
