PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE - Continuation

At their regularly scheduled meeting, the Dunstable Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, 6:50PM to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Mark O’Hagan of MCO & Associates, Inc. for property owned by the Town of Dunstable and located at 164 Pleasant Street, Map 12, Block 49 Lot 1.  MCO & Associates, Inc. are proposing the construction of 36 cottage style dwellings with associated access roadways, parking areas, grading and utility construction. Four of the proposed cottages fall within the 100-foot buffer zone of a bordering vegetated wetland. A portion of the project grading alters an area of bordering land subject to flooding. Flood compensatory areas are proposed to mitigate. This is a joint hearing under the requirements of MGL Ch. 131 §40, as amended, and the Dunstable Wetlands Protection Bylaw and Regulations, as amended.  Plans are available at the Commission’s office at Town Hall, 511 Main Street, Dunstable, MA.  For information email: [email protected]
