PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
At their regularly scheduled meeting, the Dunstable Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 6:30PM to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Kevin O’Brion of NE Power Co for the property owned by NE Power Co and located at 5 Pleasant Street Ext, Map 7, Block 8 Lot 0. NE Power Co are proposing the expansion of the existing Dunstable Substation to address aging assets, load growth and reliability concerns. The Project will result in fill within Bordering Vegetated Wetland (BVW), 100-ft Buffer Zone (BZ) to BVW, and the locally regulated 60-ft No Structure Zone. This is a joint hearing under the requirements of MGL Ch. 131 §40, as amended, and the Dunstable Wetlands Protection Bylaw and Regulations, as amended.
