PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
In accordance with MGL, Ch. 131 §40, as amended, and the Town of Dunstable Local Wetland Bylaw, as amended, the Dunstable Conservation Commission (DCC) will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, June 9, 2025, at 6:45pm to consider a Notice of Intent (NOI) filed by New England Power Company. The applicant proposes to conduct general maintenance & improvement activities along the 326 Transmission Line ROW, including structure replacements and access road & work pad improvements. The 326 Line ROW runs for approximately 4 miles through the Town of Dunstable, from the Groton/Dunstable Town border, to just north of Lowell Street. Work will occur within the 100-ft Buffer Zone to BVW/Inland Bank, 200-ft Riverfront Area, and NHESP Estimated Habitat.
