The Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Dunstable will hold a public hearing at Dunstable Town Hall, 511 Main Street, Dunstable, MA 01827 on Thursday, June 5, 2025 at 7:00 PM to hear the application filed by MCO Cottage Rentals Dunstable, LLC, for a Comprehensive Permit under Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40B to allow for the construction of a proposed housing development consisting of 48 market-rate and affordable single family rental units entitled “MCO Cottage Rentals Dunstable” to be located at 164 Pleasant Street (Map 12, Lot 49-1). The proposal includes 12 affordable rental cottages and 36 market-rate rental cottages. The property contains 28.51+/- acres of land and is located in the R1/MUD District.
