Stormwater Management Plan

The Town of Dunstable has put forward a Stormwater Management Plan which has been approved. This plan is part of the MS4 (Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System) permit that the town is required to procure from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) due to classification of parts of the town as "urbanized areas." The EPA's authority for MS4 comes ultimately from the Federal Clean Water Act and MS4 is part of the EPAs National Pollution Discharge Elimination System.
