ARTICLE 5 – Transfer to the Capital Improvement Program Stabilization Fund: To see if the Town will vote to transfer from Free Cash the sum of $50,000 and from the PFAS Settlement Special Revenue Fund the sum of $100,000 to the Town’s Capital Improvement Program Stabilization Fund, pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40, Section 5B, or take any action in relation thereto.
