Unpaid Bills of Prior Fiscal Years: To see if the Town will vote to appropriate from Free Cash (Surplus Revenue) a sum of money for the purpose of paying unpaid bills of FY2025, or other prior fiscal years, as needed, or take any action in relation thereto.
