In the Event of Fire

In the event of a reported building fire, the Department asks that curious persons not drive a vehicle to the fire scene; this can limit a large fire truck's access on a narrow country road, thus compromising firefighting efforts. If you must observe the fire, please remain in designated areas. Do not wander; this only adds more confusion to the fire scene.
