PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

At their regularly scheduled meeting, the Dunstable Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, April 20, 2026, at 6:30PM in the Dunstable Town Hall, 511 Main Street, lower level, regarding proposed amendments to the “Town of Dunstable Zoning Bylaws” pursuant to Chapter 40A, Section 5, of the Massachusetts General Laws.  Eight Amendments are proposed:


Delete section 6.2.1, Accessory Dwelling Units

  1. Amend to add Section 11.5.1, Accessory Dwelling Units
  2. Amend Section 11.1, Dimensional Requirements
  3. Amendment requesting parcel (12-50-0) designation as B-1 Retail
  4. Amend Section 29.5.2, Community Housing Administration
  5. Amend Section 10, Subsection 10.2, Uses Permitted Subject to Special Permit of the Planning Board
  6. Amend Section 9, Subsection 9.3, Uses Permitted by Special Permit of the Planning Board
  7. Amend Section 30, Subsection 30.D(4), Eligible Types of Marijuana Establishments and Applicable Zoning Districts

 

The numbering sequence of the proposals mentioned above does not necessarily reflect the numbering or sequence in the Warrant of the Annual Town Meeting.

Anyone wishing to be heard on these matters should appear at the time and place specified above.
