Upcoming Weekly Wednesday Luncheons at The Dunstable Public Library (unless noted otherwise). Please remember to ensure we have enough food, your reservation for lunch must be made by the prior Wednesday. You can sign up at the luncheon or by reaching out to Chuck at [email protected] or 978-649-4514x223 A suggested contribution of $5 from those who can afford it, is greatly appreciated to offset costs, this is voluntary please do not let it stop you from attending. Lunch is served at Noon but the space is available from 10-2 p.m. Before and after lunch, there are several games you can join in on including Scrabble & Mexican Train Dominoes. Please see individual dates for unique entertainment or guests.

JULY 22nd Barry Scott host of of the Nationally Syndicated Radio Show "The Lost 45's" Returns for another BBQ and Music Event at Town Hall. Registration is now open. You do not want to miss this! Join us for a BBQ Chicken with Sides Lunch at Noon and then an afternoon of music, trivia and memories for Generation X and Boomers. This sold out last year, make sure to reserve your spot early, we are filling up.
EXERCISE PROGRAM
Bone Builders is a class to combat osteoporosis,improve function and enhance the quality of life for our older residents. It is offered free to residents at the Dunstable Public Library on Wednesdays at 10:30 A.M. and Friday at 11:15 A.M. If you have not participated before, please feel free to stop by to observe and pick up enrollment paperwork.
FREE! Fit Over 50 "Fitness Fusion Class" - As part of a Wellness Grant from Age Span this has been extended. This is a great class for those who are looking for a class that might be a little more challenging than Bone Builders. This Class Meets Monday Mornings at 11:30 a.m. at Town Hall Lower Level and is FREE! Fitness Fusion combines a variety of exercise styles to offer a low impact but powerful session that targets all areas of the body with great music and a fun atmosphere with a certified instructor from the YMCA. This class is typically $10 so if you haven't tried it yet, come join in on Mondays while the cost is covered for you.
AROUND TOWN:
Are you an artist? Middlesex Superior Court is creating a gallery of art and is welcoming members of the Active Aging community to submit an 11X14 piece with the theme of "Community" The work can be Pencil, Watercolor, or Oil on Paper/canvas. Submissions are due by the end of September . Selected works will be presented at a special ceremony and celebration in November at Middlesex Superior Court in Woburn. Dunstable Summer Concert Series - Wednesday 6:30-8:30 PM on the Town Common ( Rain Date Thursday)
July 15th - Rampage Trio- High energy blues/rock dance band. Also Vehicle Night.
TOWN BEACH DAYS ARE BACK from the Recreation Commission. July 11th Noon- 4 p.m. at Camp Massapoag. Come swim and relax on the beach. Please no floats.
Oktoberfest 5k Registrations are open. Join in for the 2nd year of the Dunstable 5K held just before Oktoberfest. Monthly Wellness Check Visits with a nurse are back the fourth Wednesday of every month from 11 a.m.- Noon.

Shine Medicare Information Sessions:

Learn about the structure of Medicare, when to enroll, and helpful tips to choose plans that suit
you, your lifestyle and your Medicare insurance needs.
Sessions will be presented by a certified SHINE Counselor who provides unbiased Medicare
health insurance information and will help guide you through your Medicare options
Zoom Sessions will be held on Wednesday Evenings from 4:00-6:00 pm. through the Summer. Call 978-946-1374 to ask for the Zoom Link. July 15, August 12 or September 16th.
