Welcome Theresa O'Leary

We’re excited to welcome Theresa O’Leary as the new shared Treasurer/Collector for the Towns of Dunstable and Pepperell!

Theresa officially begins her role today, June 5. She comes to us from the Town of Acton, where she has served since 2017 in a variety of increasingly responsible positions—starting as Assistant Treasurer/Collector, then Deputy Treasurer/Collector, Interim Treasurer/Collector, and ultimately, Treasurer/Collector.

Theresa is a graduate of the MMA/Suffolk University Certificate in Local Government Leadership and Management program and holds certifications as both a Treasurer and Collector through the Massachusetts Collectors and Treasurers Association.

This is a regional position shared between Dunstable and Pepperell, designed to strengthen collaboration and provide high-quality, cost-effective financial services to both communities. With her experience, strong credentials, and collaborative spirit, Theresa is not only abundantly qualified but a great fit for this important role.
