Upcoming Weekly Wednesday Luncheons at The Dunstable Public Library (unless noted otherwise).   Please remember to ensure we have enough food, your reservation for lunch must be made by the prior Wednesday.   You can sign up at the luncheon or by reaching out to Chuck at [email protected] or 978-649-4514x223     A cash donation of $3-5 from those who can afford it, is greatly appreciated t offset costs.  Lunch is served at Noon but the space is available from 10-2 p.m.  Before and after lunch, there are several games you can join in on including Scrabble, Mexican Train Dominoes and Poker.  

October 29th-  Halloween Bingo Party! -  Join us for Halloween Bingo with Prizes including donations from Wickham & Willoughby & Farm House Cafe.  Festive Dress Encouraged.  Lunch is Turkey Waldorf Sandwiches.  

November 5th-  Location will be at Greater Lowell Vocational School.    Always a great excursion with food prepared and served by the students in their lovely restaurant on campus.   Choice of Baked Haddock or Chicken Pot Pie.    $15 includes gratuity, must be paid in advance to Council on Aging to reserve your spot.  This can be paid at the weekly lunch or brought to town Hall Upper Level ( attention Chuck) please make checks out to Town of Dunstable Council on Aging.     Doors open at 11:00 a.m. with lunch service beginning at 11:30 a.m.  Deadline to Register is Wednesday 10/29 at 1 p.m. 

November 12th -  Traveling Chef : Eggplant Parmigiana with Pasta, Capri Vegetables, Salad and Apple Pie  * Vegetarian Meal as Requested     

November 19th- Swedish Meatballs 

November 26th-  No Luncheon Served- Happy Thanksgiving!  

Bone Builders Exercise Class is free to residents at the Dunstable Public Library on Wednesdays at 10:30 A.M. and Friday at 11:15 A.M.  If you have not participated before, please feel free to stop by to observe and pick up enrollment paperwork.

Fit Over 50 "Barre Fusion Class"  -  A new 5 week session begins on 10/27 at the Library Lowell Level at 11:30 a.m.  We are extending the discounted offer until the first class.   $35 for all 5 classes or $10 per class.   Cash or Check Only.  Checks can be made out to Dunstable COA.    This fun class is led by a YMCA Instructor.   It's a bit more challenging than Bone Builders.  While this class is great for those over 50, it's open to all who wish to attend including non-residents.  

Free Tech/Device Assistance with Dean at the Library on November 12th at the Senior Luncheon. 

 Around Town:  

Free Theater Tickets for Seniors - The GD Players are offering free tickets to a matinee show of, Much Ado About Nothing. This show is taking place on November 8th at 2:00 PM at 703 Chicopee Row, Groton in the Black Box Theater.  Just mention to the ticket sellers that you are aware of the Free Ticket Offer for Seniors.  

Angels Among Us with Teresa-Baker Opland.   Join Medium Teresa- Baker Opland at Town Hall ( Upper Level) on Sunday November 9th 1:00 - 3:00 PM  

In this transformative class, participants will learn how to open their hearts and minds to the loving presence of angels. Designed for beginners and those looking to deepen their connection, this class provides practical tools to connect with angels, receive messages, and feel their support in daily life. Through guided exercises, meditation, and gentle instruction, students will gain clarity, comfort, and confidence in communicating with their angelic guides.  Whether seeking healing, reassurance, or guidance, participants will leave the class feeling uplifted, empowered, and inspired to cultivate a lasting connection with the angels who surround them.
