Offered 1:1 services with the local public health nurse include blood pressure checks, diet/nutrition information and teaching, medication review, and assistance with identifying and coordinating community resources and referrals. Those residing in NABH towns can attend any of our scheduled town nurse hours in the region, and all ages are welcome.  These services are offered free of charge.
