Town Center and Route 113 Visioning Process Report Completed - Now Available

The Town of Dunstable is pleased to share the completed Town Center and Route 113 Visioning Report, prepared in partnership with the Northern Middlesex Council of Governments. The report includes significant community input received through public workshops, surveys, and walk audits, helping to shape a shared vision for the future of Dunstable’s Town Center and Route 113.

The vision focuses on creating a safer, more walkable and connected Town Center while preserving the rural, historic, and agricultural character that makes Dunstable special. Priorities identified by residents included improving pedestrian safety and walkability, supporting small-scale local businesses, expanding housing options thoughtfully, strengthening connections to open space, and preserving historic resources.
