Route 113 Improvement Project Update

This Thursday, July 13, 2023, traffic will be detoured on Route 113 from 5 AM to 8 PM. The contractor has requested extending the hours of the detour to allow the completion of final pavement. While the hours will be extended, the detour will remain unchanged, redirecting westbound traffic to Forest Street, Thorndike Street, and High Street back to Main Street. A single lane of traffic will be open eastbound on Route 113. 

Following the installation of final pavement, the contractor plans to paint street lines next week. In the coming days, the contractor is planning to spread loam and seed in front of Town Hall.

This schedule is subject to change based on weather conditions and other factors out of our control.
