Road Construction Notice: Kemp Street Water Main Project

The Towns of Groton and Dunstable would like to notify residents that construction related to the installation of a new water main and water system infrastructure on Kemp Street is now expected to begin on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, earlier than previously anticipated.

Work is expected to continue for approximately 3 to 4 weeks, weather permitting. During construction, Kemp Street will remain open to local traffic only from 7am-5pm, and motorists should expect delays, detours, construction equipment, and periodic noise during normal working hours.  Local access to and from the affected area will be detoured using Groton Street/Chicopee Row and Raddin Road.
