PFAS Joint Meeting Update
Posted on: August 8, 2025 - 10:30am

If you missed the July 30 joint meeting on the PFAS Mitigation Project, representatives from the Towns of Dunstable, Groton, and Pepperell, gathered at the Albert Harris Center in Pepperell to discuss the growing regional impact of PFAS contamination near the Groton-Dunstable Regional High School.
The presentation provided an update on the expanding PFAS plume, outlined necessary water main extension routes, and reviewed options for providing safe drinking water to affected properties with private wells. The discussion also focused on the need for coordinated regional action, long-term water infrastructure solutions, and the possibility of future votes.
