Active Aging Quote :  "Honestly, I'm not trying to feel young. I'm not trying to be young. I am who I am. I'm just getting along. It's all about having fun." - Cher, who turned 80 years old this week!

The fun continues with the COA's Active Aging Programming.  In addition to our weekly events, Bone Builders, Fitness Fusion and the weekly luncheon this week we had a great excursion to Nashua for lunch and  the musical All Shook Up.  To our delight we discovered the lead of the play was a Dunstable Resident who did an amazing job.  We sent home several lucky winners from our monthly Bingo game and celebrated the birthdays of residents who are celebrating their 90th birthdays this year.   We also honor the military personnel who died while serving in the U.S. Armed Forces this week, we hope you take a moment to do so as well.   We also recognize this is a weekend of gathering with others and we wish you safe, fun and peaceful times.

Upcoming Weekly Wednesday Luncheons at The Dunstable Public Library (unless noted otherwise).   Please remember to ensure we have enough food, your reservation for lunch must be made by the prior Wednesday.   You can sign up at the luncheon or by reaching out to Chuck at [email protected] or 978-649-4514x223    A suggested contribution of $5 from those who can afford it, is greatly appreciated to offset costs, this is voluntary please do not let it stop you from attending.   Lunch is served at Noon but the space is available from 10-2 p.m.  Before and after lunch, there are several games you can join in on including Scrabble & Mexican Train Dominoes.  Please see individual dates for unique entertainment or guests.
