Important Update: Streaming of Select Board Meetings

Beginning with this evening’s meeting, there will be a change in how Select Board meetings are streamed.

Previously, meetings were live-streamed on the Town’s YouTube channel, where you could watch live or view the recording anytime afterward. Going forward, we will be using Microsoft Teams, specifically the Town Hall feature, for live broadcasts.

What to Expect:

• Unless a meeting is specifically posted as a Remote Public Meeting, the Teams broadcast will be one-way only (view-only). Microphones, cameras, and chat will be unavailable.
• Meetings will still be available live, and the recording will be posted to the Town’s YouTube channel by the next business day for on-demand viewing.
• You do not need a Microsoft Teams or Microsoft account to join the broadcast.
• For official remote public meetings, microphones and cameras will be enabled for questions and comments.
