Free! Crystal Sound Bowl Healing for Residents 55+

Dunstable Council on Aging in conjunction with Age Span is excited to offer a FREE Crystal Sound Bowl Healing Session on Sunday March 8th at Dunstable Town Hall Lower Level. 2:00 P.M- 3:00 P.M. Doors will open 20 minutes before the session.
All you have to do is come relax and be open to the relaxing, meditative and healing music that our specialist Christina will play for you. We will have chairs for those that would like to sit. If you would prefer to bring a yoga/exercise mat, pillows, blankets and lay on the floor that is also an option.
This event is limited to 20 guests, so please reserve early at the library during one of the senior luncheons or contact Chuck at [email protected] 978-649-4514 x 223 A comparable event at local wellness centers can cost between $30-50 to attend- this event is free for residents 55+
* Those who wear a hearing aid may want to adjust for volume. If you have a pacemaker in an abundance of caution consult with your cardiologist.
