By enrolling, you’ll receive an email alert whenever a new document is recorded under your name, property address, or book and page number. If the activity is legitimate, no action is needed. However, if you did not authorize the change, you should immediately contact the Middlesex North Registry of Deeds to report it. We highly recommend this service as a proactive step in protecting your property from potential fraud.
