Active Aging Quote : " Aging seems to be the only available way to live a long life" - Kitty O'Neill Collins
We have a couple great events coming up. This coming week is Breakfast for Lunch and Bingo! and the following week we will have FREE Reiki Mini Sessions. Reiki is an ancient Japanese energy-healing technique that promotes stress reduction, relaxation, and physical well-being. Practitioners channel "universal life force energy" into the body by placing their hands lightly on or just above specific energy centers (chakras) to balance the body's natural healing abilities. If you have never tried this, we highly recommend you give it a try.
