Fit Over 50: Zumba Gold. An exhilarating and easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness party that will move YOU! All levels welcome.
Tuesdays at 5:30 PM. - Dunstable Town Hall Lower Level.
No Pre-registration required . Please arrive about 10 minutes before to check in and get settled.
This class is free for Dunstable Town Residents and is open to others for a $10 cash drop in rate.
