Present: Catherine Irzyk, Susan Psaledakis, Superintendent Susan Conant
Meeting called to order: 11 a.m.
Motion to accept minutes of Jan. 29, 2025 by Catherine, 2nd by Sue P.
With change of "Sue P. Authorized" to "Sue P. Moved to allow". Board agreed unanimously.
Truck discussion
Susan Conant brought copies of the purchase contract for 2017 truck and provided all requested information including odometer reading of 60659.
Sue P. Moved to purchase the 2017 GMC Canyon Truck for the agreed price of $21,596.00 using funds from the Andrew P. Butterfield fund for Cemetery Dept.
Motion 2nd and approved unanimously.
Further discussion regarding A.P. Butterfield Trust indicated it is specifically for Cemetery use and has about $26,000 balance at this time. Exact amount will be available at our next meeting. It was suggested that the balance might be used for purchase of a small trailer.
Last discussion regarding site visit to Central Cemetery to visit Boule lot. Might include other 4 cemeteries if time allows. Tuesday morning if possible.
