Housing Production Plan Meeting

Over the course of the last year the Town, through its Affordable Housing Committee, has worked to update the Town’s Housing Production Plan. The Town is hosting a public meeting to discuss the findings and recommendations of the Housing Production Plan.
Below you will find 2 documents for review prior to the meeting: 

1) Housing Survey Results Summary – a 5 page compilation from the 79 survey responses received from Dunstable residents last November and December.
2) Comprehensive Needs Assessment Findings – a 12 page analysis of housing demand and supply in Dunstable, as well as housing resources and constraints. This data will be used to create the Housing Production Plan for Dunstable.
