Voter List

Notice is given the pursuant to state and federal law, we must purge the voter list of voters who are no longer qualified to remain on the list. This includes (1) (a) voters who have failed to answer the annual street listing since 2016 and thereafter failed to respond to a confirmation notice OR (b) they registered to vote on or before 2016 and the acknowledgement notice was returned as undeliverable AND (2) voters who failed to vote from the period beginning on the date of the confirmation notice when registered and ending on November 6, 2018.Voters who are deleted will be receive a Final Notice of Removal in accordance with MGL Chapter 51, Section 37A.
