The Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Dunstable will hold a public hearing at Dunstable Town Hall, 511 Main Street, Dunstable, MA 01827 on Tuesday August 4, 2026 at 6:00 PM to hear the application filed by New England Power Company for a special permit and variances in connection with the expansion and upgrading of an electrical substation known as Dunstable Substation 210 located at 5 Pleasant Street Extension.  The proposal includes the construction and/or installation of certain substation related equipment and facilities.  A copy of the application may be requested through the Town Clerk’s Office at (978)649-4514 or [email protected] or can be found at www.dunstable-ma.gov.
