Last week, the Advisory Board continued its review of the Town’s FY27 budget. This updated presentation highlights the ongoing pressure from school and town operating expenses, rising fixed costs like insurance and pension obligations, and continued efforts to strengthen the Town’s long-term finances. The proposal also includes continued investments in reserves and capital stabilization.
