Overall, out of 2,772 registered voters, the Town of Dunstable cast a total of 418 ballots in the Special State Election on March 3, 2026 to fill the vacant State Senate seat. This translates to a 15.08% voter turnout. Of the 418 ballots cast, 153 or 26.5% were vote by mail and 265, or 73.5% were cast in person on Election Day.

In Dunstable, Vanna Howard received 245 (58.6%) votes, Sam Meas received 140 (33.5%) votes, and Joe Espinola received 31 (7.4%) votes. There were also 2 write-ins.
