This past weekend's Crystal Sound Bowl Healing session at Town Hall was completely full with over 20 participants and it really reflected the Active Living philosophy with a wide spectrum of the 55+ plus community, some on the floor with yoga mats, pillows and blankets and others seated. Active Living is for those 55+ who want to keep learning, experiencing life and connecting with others. Big thanks to AgeSpan for the grant money to offer this and VibesByCTina for offering such a great experience.
