The Dunstable Zoning Board of Appeals will continue its review of an application submitted by MCO Cottage Rentals Dunstable, LLC for a Comprehensive Permit under MGL Chapter 40B at its next public hearing on Thursday, October 23, 2025 at 7:00 PM at Dunstable Town Hall. The proposal is for a housing development at 164 Pleasant Street (Map 12, Lot 49-1), known as “MCO Cottage Rentals Dunstable.”
