Nashua Watershed Flood Map Updates

Dunstable's new Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMs) and Flood Insurance Studies (FIS) reports will become effective on July 8, 2025. 

FEMA will be holding a public open house for communities on the following dates:

  • Nashua River Watershed on Wednesday, May 14th from 4-7pm. The open house will be held at the Fitchburg City Hall in Fitchburg.  

Please see the attached flyer for any residents, property owners, local officials, or others can attend to learn about their flood risk and insurance options.  Dunstable is part of the Nashua River Watershed area.

FEMA will also be holding a virtual open house event for those not able to attend in person. This date has yet to be set; please continue to monitor the Town website in the coming days.
